Didn’t lose any weight so like Pavlov’s dogs will try again this week. Plan to eat two meals per day on weekends.

May try a low carb snack rather than carbs snack at five. In case it stimulates less insulin. For now it’s a free CICO meal. We shall see.

Really enjoyed CoreLife snack tonight!! My fave out to eat meal.
