I wonder if you get tired because you eat carbs or because you eat too much. I eat carbs every single day and i am fine, but I get sick (tired, bloated) when I eat too much

Keto is a kind of lchf diet then. I thought all lchf diet is keto. I think I’ll try to stick with keto as often as I can and around 100 g if I’m feeling frisky for carbs.

When i say the croissant makes me feel awful I mean physically ill. Stomach bloated, sometimes cramps, definitely tiredness and I feel like I need to take a nap.

I agree with you rosio, but I can eat a lot more calories in carbs than I can in protein and fats. The key is to eat enough so you’re not feeling hungry but not too much that you’re eating in surplus.

One day I’ll be strong like rosio and have snacks in the home and not be tempted. I need to working on strengthening my resistance muscles

Chris, I think you meant carbs, once you stop eating carbs you start using the stored fat for energy.

It’s the kind of carbs, I eat carbs everyday on keto too. The moment I eat pasta, rice or bread I feel lethargic at minimum, cramps and diarrhea sometimes too.

I think I was confused when you said once you stop eating fat you start burning fat. Keto motto is eat fat, burn fat.
