Look how far you've come. Yes, it is slow, but you're moving in the right direction. There are people in this group who would love to have a 1.8 pound loss today (me, for instance, I only lost 0.2). You're doing a great job, keep it up and keep chipping away. We're all pulling for you.

I have to have small goals or I get overwhelmed. I try to not reach for more than 5lbs at a time, and have a solid reward when I get there (new clothes), and then I set my goal for the NEXT 5 lbs. The big goals will happen if I just focus on all the small goals along the way!

I completely understand and I perfinally think your doing very well, most people don't even try (to gain or loose weight), so your already one step ahead👍

Remember that you didn't put it on overnight and and it will not come off overnight either. Keep plugging away.
