Happy Holiday guys!!! To all of you!!! Yesterday, we baked some cookies with my daughter, Maryanna. I scorched some!!!! I only took a small sample bite. So, I did not record it!! I do not know how to do that!! The real small sample of from both!! I have been doing better about recording the food. But, I need to get better with the moving part. Not feeling too good, I did not want to eat much. Still. I have the flem, and the throat problem. But, my appetite is getting better. So, that is when you need to watch, I guess. Because I will get back up on the numbers. My nurse practitioner said to work on 15-20lbs. I need much more than that. But, that's a good start for anyone!! I agree with her, and totally like her too!! With my grandson, I did A LOT of sitting. But, I watched him like a hawk next to his playpen!!! My daughter has a lady, to watch him 1-2hours per day on most week days. It gives her enough time to come back from work. But, giagia-(grandma), "me", has him, now & then!! Such as yesterday, boy did my house feel like a small tornado went through it!! I have him a box of phonex cards, and he knows exactly where to go to find them each time he comes!!! On the coffee table in the living room. He likes to look at the gardening catalogs, and all the other magazines, that I have kept in a big square cardboard box!! I love him, SO MUCH!!! I think that he needs to be my MOTIVATOR!!! Let's all keep trying, and to do this!! We can do it!! My nurse practitioner told me to cut back on the carbs, but that does not mean to gorge up on them either!! Watch what kings we eat!!!! Veggies, the non starchy ones, are perfect example of complex carbs. And fruits the higher ones would be like bananas, and watermelons. I think a banana now and then will not kill your program. I mean you don't want to have a banana party everyday, and all day. But who does that anyways, "COMMON SENSE"< that's all!!! Merry Christmas, to ALL!!! Remember the true meaning of Christmas, family & friends!!!! It is ONLY ONE WEEK guys!!! We can do it!!!!!!
