I am still feeling pretty sick. But, I am trying to keep going. It moved up from my stomach to my throat, now. I am also trying to put my food values in a new WW calculator. It is a new system called 360 degree turn. Something like that. You count the carbs fiber, fat, and protein. But, that's what we are also doing here on fatsecret. My main problem eat enough. Then move more. Simple equation, right!? Why do we then complicate it so much when we try to put it into effect!?
