Good Monday morning: I am hopelessly stalled. So, it was suggested to me to do the egg fast.

So, I'm going to do this for three to five days. I'm just so afraid I'm going to burn out on eggs and I do not want that to happen. On the other hand, I need this kick start to get into ketosis and I am willing to do this. About to make some eggs and then walk. I went on a short walk this morning with the kiddo I care for. He hates it so much but I make him. He's a terribly overweight child and we need to walk before the heat hits. After that, I may join the Multi-Gen center where there's an indoor walkway, so AC in the summer. I just have to justify the membership.
So, here goes on the egg diet. Ugh... Have a fabulous Monday!
