good morning day 1! took a laxative and a tsp of sea salt. will take equate fiber tomorrow if the salt doesnt do the trick. off work today but so is my husband so i may sneak in to a gym class later. excited for this month. hoping (and working) for skinnier, faster and stronger

@kaylinrenee - The 'plan' is 'water fast' two days and then 'no solid food' fast for 3 days. However, I *will* change my mind if I feel -stressed- A 250 calorie protein shake in heavy cream will always 'calm me down' if I need it. This wont help weight loss. *Any* calories will reduce the effects of a fast, but, the biggest problem is that it will 'trigger hunger'. Dealing with hunger during a fast is *unpleasant* for me. Right now, I have not eaten ANYTHING, not even cream in my coffee. Hunger is totally non-existent.

fiber supplements bloat some people including myself. tried both pill and powder form, I googled it and found others complaining as well.
