27. Skipped mornings for 2 days in a row. Went to SC yesterday, the weather was nice so we had a good walk. We both did not feel hungry so we skipped lunch and went shopping after a walk. Had dinner rather late, and DH wanted boiled potatoes with smoked fish. Fish was delicious though a little bit too salty, so I ended up eating too much potatoes. Not a good idea after not eating for half a day and having a relatively high carb breakfast. I did not have any jittters all day, but ended up tired and very low on energy. Need to start getting ready for the trip as next will be the last weekend home. I need summer clothes, and it feels weird packing swimming suit in December, though this is what I do every year.

Went to SC again. The weather was even better than yesterday. Walked for several hours and had lunch at our favorite restaurant. Tried some old summer pants. They all fit, though I might need smarter tops.
