Saturday! What a nice day. I have taken my dog for a walk twice already. Last night I had some mission low carb tortillas and made some Beef Fajitas with onions salsa and sour cream. They were yummy, but a little messy to eat. I had never made them before but they turned out very nice. I had enough left over for lunch. I had been hungry for something a little more flavorful! I am staying on plan although my carbs were a little heavy they were not too much off plan. Next6 time I will buy Mama Lupes low carb tortillas they have less carbs.
I just need to stay focused on my plan so that when I weigh in again I will not be disappointed.

Good job, Diehard3! I like the idea of the low-carb tortillas and fajitas -- a favorite of mine, too! An' I gotta-guac with anything Mexican these days!
