So I’m very pleased with my weight loss but feel I’ve been stalled at this weight for a while. I’ve been on a 1200 cal diet and have followed it to a “T” and doing 50 min of cardio 7 days a week. I’ve read I’m putting my metabolism in starvation mode so I’ve increased my 1200 cal up to 1380 starting tomorrow and going to exercise 4-5 days and see if this gets me out of my stall. Does anyone have suggestions or am I doing the right thing?

3 times a week of cardio is enough and try to add strength training 3 times a week too .. leaving a rest day is very important .. I recommend HIIT cardio and Tabata as they are more effective for fat loss
