Adefwebserver, I have been doing the reverse dieting, everything was great but one of my hands started hurting this week, now I don't know what to do, if continue lifting like that or take a break, if I take a break I have to lower my calories again, I feel that I am getting fat, the scale scares me🤯🐷.

I love to eat a lot , but it's hard mentally, most of the time I am thinking to start a starving diet 🤔😐

This is awesome! Have you talked to your doctor about the pain? Sometimes seeing a physical therapist can give you some relief, either by showing you where you "went wrong" or giving you another way to lift to get the same muscle group working. When I first started lifting I hurt myself and when I went in to physical therapy she showed me some grip things that I was doing wrong and once I changed the way I was lifting the pain went away. Maybe this is something easily fixed??

@Keilin_4 - You can still burn a lot of calories if you do cardio while your hand heals from weight lifting right? I know you want to always 'burn more calories than you consume' :)

Thank you guys, Actually I was feeling fat at the park today. There was a beautiful tall and skinny mom, and I was comparing myself with her 😰☹. I have been thinking about my situation, and I decided to still burn more calories, I will be, walking, using backpack or dancing even when I can not dance jaja, because my legs doesn't hurt. 😊

..but, back to your tummy. Remember how most people said you would need surgery? I am no longer so sure about that...

WOW! Keilin I Am Impressed with your results......admittedly I was one of those professional persons thinking surgical procedure as well.....however adefwebserver hit it on the nail .......if you keep this progress up there is a real possibility of not needing any further surgical procedures.....I am truly happy 4 you and you've opened my eyes to the skins ability to bounce back from such uncontrolled events. Thanks so much 4 showing us and proving to us and yourself that it can be done. Fantastic .....my hero 4 sure👏👏👏👏🤘👍💪😮😉

don't starve, just do some alternate day fasting and kick up some autophagy, while losing weight. all good things!! you've so got this, and look fantastic!!

Yes! Seriously I REALLY think that your tummy will be ok if you just continue to do what you are doing. Remember I have a similar issue, and every day I drop weight my 'tummy' looks better and better. The difference is that I have been doing a ton of deadlifts and squats since I was last at this weight :)
