Sunday is almost over and I stuck to my guns and didn't over eat. Plus I took several long walks with the dog. It was a good day. I hope I can see some more positive results on the scale tomorrow. I think the change in time was helpful because the day went by in a flash. I am not a fan of DST but today it was helpful. I came home from church and had breakfast and before I knew it the clock was saying 2:30. Too late for lunch so I had pork skins. Supper was light. Now I feel I am ahead of the game.
