I’m so upset uggg I went 375 calories over today on my diet. I hope it doesn’t set me back too much 😥

i go over by bits and pieces all the time.. it's when you go over for days and days in a row that you need to be concerned 😉 (i speak from experience lol, and still recovering from one of those weeks.. Doh!)

I started with 1800 calories and now I’m down to 1300....it’s been a slow Process but it’s what suits me....I found 1800 wasn’t doing anything, but if I exercise and do my 5,000 plus steps it gives me more calories, so it’s a win win....Happy Monday morning everyone 😊
