Catzz— I’ll bet it’s in the sauce. I got it w/o noodles and skipped one if the sauces but there still might have been some lurking in the other sauce!

It was a restaurant but they have marinated rare cubes organic beef. Lots of veggies. Mostly kale broccoli beets green onions ... Bone broth. Then there was something called “Thai something sauce” which probably has the sugar in it. I bet we could each come up with a different but equally delicious version. The meat was especially amazing though. Umami!!
