So I finally get my weight updated, it’s a victory because I feel like I’ve lost more weight than I have. My waist is so unrestricted my pants hang off my shoulders by my braces now. My shirt is free from my abdomen when I walk, so I started gymming today again.
This time no, ABSOLUTELY NO, back pain. For the first time in a loooong time my lungs kept me back.. and I was pushing it just to find my legs again (responsibly). Watched some teens get instructed in the treadmills next to me, they were told it’s only on “9” for 2 mins.. so I check mine: 6. I decide you know what.. just sprint at the end (after 28min) for 2 mins at 9.6 and see how it feels.
I did it, it was crazy fast. I know it doesn’t look fast but it damn well felt it because my muscle memory needs a freakin recalibration!
to top it off I had two instructors spot me out (no hiding with these guys) - above the volume of the tv’s “Well done! You’ve lost star of weight.. keep it up”
