Okay, I know y'all loved that pizza shot, but here's the real deal and what yours truly eats most of the time, only replace the salmon on any given day with, pork loin, and or chicken breast. And, the veggie side alternates with swiss chard, brussel sprouts, and mixed roasted veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, squash, carrots, garlic, etc). And, all of it compliments of Chef Mom. This is 4.3 ounces of steelhead with .5 cups of green beans, and peanut sauce made from the low cal peanut butter powder. Total cals= 300.
