You need to keep your sleep consistent as much as possible

Yes. I have noticed though that when I do my drink bone broth I sleep like crap. At least that’s what happened the last two days. I’m going to opt out of the bb tonight and see how I sleep.

@g_ortegam - Interesting. I did switch from bone broth to protein shakes before bed. This causes me to sweat like crazy, but I sleep ok. What I do not do anymore is go to sleep with only water. I can only sleep 2 hours at a time, even with a ton of melatonin.

After 6 I don’t eat and only drink water because if you eat too late you’ body will know it is going to get nourishment so won’t burn the fat
Well that’s what I think anyway???

Adef that’s sooo interesting...Since I stopped drinking in the evenings I’ve been having one hell of a time sleeping. I’m wondering if it has something to do with Keto or eating ? I’ve noticed that the bone broth has helped. Last night I woke up multiple times and am so sore from the gym. I drank some this am. We will see how I feel the rest of the day!
I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time. Is it specifically because of diet you think is affecting your sleep ?

@g_ortegam - Most people who 'water fast' have a hard time sleeping through the night. The 'sweats' that the protein shakes trigger doesn't affect my sleep, I sleep great :) I also drop weight like crazy when it happens :)
