My Friday weigh in. Lost .3. Not a big loss, 😪but I will take any kind of loss. As I seem to be struggling a bit. My love if goodies is my problem. Sugar is addictive. So onward and downward.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
