when I’m able to eat at maintenance they will be replaced with tortillas and we will forget this ever happened. 🥬

lol well I do really like butter lettuce. but I live near a Mexican deli that makes fresh tortillas all day & I'm waiting for when I can justify buying a whole bag. or maybe I should just throw a taco party...

They look GREAT! I found Carbsmart Taco's at my grocer. However, these look like a great dinner are lunch meal.
