Spent today mounting the partitions, time up ladder is exhausting and needs absolute concentration. That was my gym. Now my upper left back is killing me. Can't fall the right flank pain unless I bend far forward. Found a weightlosing hack: drink directly from 5L bottle, store it on the floor where you are. Everytime you pick it up its a weight training exercise plus you get to monitor your water consumption!
