Just put a photo up of one I've just filled.. saucer size.. made of wheat but you can get corn ones.. virtually nothing in them but fresh air!

No it's thiner than a rice cake n bigger..dips in the middle so you can fill it.. with whatever you fancy.. I've put 15 Gram of Aldi quark spread over the base& two egg whites scrambled with mushroom, chilli's, baby spinach, red and yellow pepper.. with 30 Gram of Aldi oakroasted salmon flakes..21 grams of avocado.. tiny bit of left over red chili & 5 Gram of sesame seeds! Lush 😋😋
