Yesterday I began turning over a new leaf. I need to be healthier about what I'm bringing into my body. I've been eating more raw foods -- fruits, nuts, vegetables, and trying to eliminate soda and coffee entirely from my diet.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
