finally got to try Kroger's Pork Belly. I would definitely have this again. I think i'll pan sear it first next time, though.

I roasted a few green onions along with the pork. And the other mess was Trader joe's "grilled" zucchini. It come frozen, but it had a bitter taste, that zucchini can sometimes have. I would have been better off with fresh. But I just put a lot of pink salt on it to get through haha.

Always look at in the store. I am the only one in my fam that would eat animal fat like that though.

Liv, I was on my own with this too... I ate have of it last night. Have the other half to be split up for lunches. And you can always freeze it.
