Last night's dinner. Lemon garlic chicken, sauteed asparagus, and boiled fingering potatoes with a home made light sour cream ranch. Ate a few spears of asparagus before snapping a pic. Total calories was around 540.

Have you tried roasting asparagus? It is amazing. You put it in a 450F oven with a little spray oil and salt and pepper. It is done in under 5 min.

I love those baby potatoes. Slice in half and put face down on some olive oil to taste like french fries. Or hey. Just baked. Dipped in olive oil with a big of salt. So yum!!
