Well, it wasn't a loss from last weigh-in, but it was a loss from when I weighed in earlier this week--5 lb loss! Definitely retained alot of water. Still have some soreness and fatigue but hopefully will feel up to exercising tonight!
80.9 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At least you're moving in the right direction! Sometimes exercise can make soreness and fatigue better, so I hope it works for you.
