I think I over did the fiber and fat yesterday. I have been throwing up and in the bathroom all morning. I feel so hot and cramping. The fat came from peanuts I ate. Won't be doing that many fibers anymore either. wow the pain

Did you have a lot of artifical sweeteners? Some fiber that you add are actually just artifical sweeteners classified as fibers. They can be upsetting. I am not sure that fat or normal fiber would cause this at least not normally

I had 47 grams of fiber yesterday and 70 fat. My body doesn't like fat. I get sick every time.

Do you have gall bladder issues? If fat effects you like this maybe have it checked. I would have been sick if I ate all the dextrin that you had.
