Day 3 operation gym commencing. Feels amazing! It’s funny because a few ladies at my office are “getting healthy” for the new year and they have been hounding me to go. One made a comment that it takes “effort” and we can’t make “excuses”—stemming from a comment I made at an early gym session (it was 5am in my defense). Guess who hasn’t shown up ? 🤣🤣🤣
Fat secret while everyone is running their mouths were out there killing it in the most humble, consistent and hard working manner. ❤️❤️❤️
