30 minute hiit workout today...it us my daughter 19th bday. i took her to get burger king like she wanted. i was strong and didn't order anything lol, second she wanted stawberry parfait, i had a small amount, she also wanted klondike reese's cup bars! seeing her and my other children eat those lol i was strong and i didnt eat one😂 so i did good today
