my hiatal hernia is acting up today so i got to eat less today for sure...i dont know if it will rsult in weight loss but ive got to feel better this week.. so my calorie will be lot less ... i hope it dont backfire cause ive always heard you go to eat at least 1200 calories a day to lose weight... oh well my somach has to come first ive been so sick all morning....
