I can't seem to lose weight no matter how much I exercise or how healthy I eat.

I'm 14 and 5,5/5,6 and 136lbs so you can get an idea. I'm not overweight and my BMI is about 25%? I've only used online calculators though so might not be too accurate. I eat fairly healthy and exercise a lot, I do a lot of sports and stuff, and drink water but I can't seem to lose weight. Does anyone know what I can do? Or any tips or ideas to help me lose weight?
