Excited to see the scale dip below 190. Even if it’s only by .2. Hoping to make it to 185 by Christmas. Trying to get out to spin class everyday. Alternating running and elliptical every other day. My wonderful personal trainer keeps me motivated twice a week.
I haven’t had any alcohol since October 26th and feel so much better for it but I am surprised by the peer pressure to drink.
I am resolving to stay strong and do what’s best for me. It’s good to feel better and feel like I’m getting stronger. Wish me luck. 3 weeks until Christmas. 🎄
