Found this in Aldi..69p I think it was... only 67 calories 0.4 fat 3.3 carbs 2.8 sugar 12.4 protein & 0.13 salt per 100 Gram.....180 Gram pot so I'm good & only having Half a pot at a time... Delicious! Yummy! 😋😋😋
