So I'm gonna have a short little pity party and then get back to business... Saturday was not a good day for me diet wise. Had many things that are not acceptable, however, that is the only day that I went off track and I got right back to business on Sunday. I drank a LOT Saturday night which is not a usual thing for me. I was still somewhat happy because usually if I go off track for one day I let it ruin the whole weekend and it's hard to get back on track. I was expecting to see maybe a pound or pound and a half gain this morning. I gained 3.6 pounds which is the exact amount that I had lost the week before. I am sooo discouraged by this! I didn't think that one bad day would undo all the work I put in the week before. I'm wondering if maybe it's a lot of water retention since I had so much alcohol. (at least this is what I'm hoping). Ok. Pity party is over. On to the new week and here's hoping I can undo the damage quickly.
