This month was busy. Last week I exercised everyday BUT I don't feel as good about what I've been putting in my mouth. The scale is up a pound. Today I'm going to start using the Diet Calendar again to help get back on track. Why is this so hard?
73.3 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
