Doc gave me a good report. I'm going to forsake fasting for now. I feel so much better when I have some food, that he convinced me to quit trying to fast. It always seems like a good idea, because no food means no pain, but my body needs more nutritional resources to fight this disease. He suggested giving up my brother-in-law, (the medical expert), instead.

Lunch is soup with Cholula.

Thanks, so far, steak is a winner, as long as I have no more than five ounces per day. Grass fed, grass finished beef works the best. Pastured eggs work. All milk products need to go away, except butter. My body is OK with grass fed butter. Poultry and pork are off the menu. Greens of all kinds seem OK, but tomatoes and many other vegetable fruits, and starchy vegetables cause problems. Now, I am going through the condiments and spices that I like. Cholula and green sauce are OK.
