Because my sister's husband was going to be there, and would probably say something about what I eat, I watched a few videos made by those who think keto is dangerous. There was no science involved, except for the old arguments comparing apples to oranges instead of apples to apples. Nutrition, just like politics, is truly a religion. Perhaps nutrition is part of politics, since it is mandated by the government! I am sooo tired of these religious zealots trying to run my life.

well the best way to handle it is to not let their negativity effect you. They tend to get enjoyment out of getting a strong reaction to their comments. you can argue your point but it will just go over their head. it is a total waste of time.
