You did not screw up. You just ate a piece of pizza. Did you enjoy it. I hope the answer is yes. Well, now just return to your normal chosen way of eating. No guilt required. It was just one slice of pizza. A way of eating that is part of a lifestyle change, not a DIET, is not based on deprivation. Life is too long (if you are lucky) and full of wonderful things to eat that can be built into a moderate way of eating.
