I overdid the walking today, and got a little frustrated with the pain and my lack of ability to eat anything, so I had a shot of 1800 Silver. I enjoyed it, and the pain subsided. Does this mean that what I really need are muscle relaxants? Or is it just mood adjusters?

I am sorry for your pain. I am experimenting with organic chicken bones I had shipped in. I don't do well with regular chicken bone broth, but these seem to be doing me well. I chew on the bone for my calcium and drink the broth for my collage. overall chicken and the broth has a relaxing sleepy type effect on me. maybe that would be allowed on your plan. low protein since there is very little meat, mostly gristle and bone. a lot of your minerals all loaded into the bone.

Thanks kikibee and baskington, one of the doctors I follow just posted a video about alcohol and keto. I need to watch it. Bask, if you want to get the calcium out of the chicken bones and into the broth, add 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar to a gallon of water, then use that to cook the bones for collagen. All of the calcium from the bones will deposit into the water after a couple of hours, but calcium is pretty stable. The smaller bones will crumble and the larger bones become rubbery. I've been doing this for thirty years because I am lactose intolerant. I learned this from my mom, who would have been 100 years old in a few months.

Moogie, Trust me on this it doesn't hurt to skip a meal if your not hungry pain or no pain..that way your body will turn to eating some of your fat reserves..so take care of your pain and let your body do the rest.
