I think laughing is very important for mental health. Thank you Coach to keep us healthy with your jokes. Hey, when are you going to stop losing weight? (lol) Do you keep track of your calories? I know you were not so well lately so it might be a reason too. Take care!

I count my calories on the ipad application...I'm still feeling a little under the weather i do think the weight loss is from that.

Maybe you can increase a bit your intake, now you healed and your body needs energy to recover. Healthy, natural foods of course.

Thanks for stopping by yesterday Coach. I am over my slump now and have a "new attitude". Have many things going on and I guess the work load just made it all come to a head. Thanks for being there.
