Hey there. Ignore my weight posting from a few minutes ago 😉. Got long winded and didn’t really say much other than my current ‘diet’, a bit of my journey and, at the end, a few hints for new members. I’ve had many follow requests this past week or so and a few are new. New members who want to read the hints, you may want to skip to the last paragraph 😉😁.

Ps. I’m frickin starving this morning! Ate a lot yesterday. Many snacks. Lighter meals. Probably carb heavy but haven’t looked other than to make sure I got my protein. Any bets on how long I’ll hold out before eating? (Hint- I don’t plan to but have some things I must get done right now and no idea how long it’ll take 😉)
