I'm happy losing a pound last week. Less busy at work so I was at the gym more. I could have done better eating out. As always I need to watch snacking. Let's see how this goes.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
