Sooo I ate cake for breakfast lunch and dinner last night 🤷‍♀️😂😅 I worked from 7am till 7pm. I’m sooooo tired and still insanely sore from the evil squats. In other news, I received 3 awards at our quarterly meeting 😁👍

It was never intended to measure an individual, it was to measure a population. I have no idea who started using it to measure an individual. I have no doubt I will be single digit body fat and over weight soon enough 💪👌

I feel like my bf% should be a lot higher. I still have a lot of fat to lose. Those comparative photos they have just don’t match up to my body... most of my fat is on my stomach 😕

Adef it’s all the trainers fault!! I would have only done 1 set of each! But I guess it’s my Virgo nature not to show weakness and power through the torture! 💪😫🤣

I think 9% would be about 15#s which would leave me at 139. Very doable!
