Breakfast is steak and potato. Dinner is basically eating out: fajitas rice chips and cheese. My addiction lol. Was every Saturday and now it’s about once a month. Steak is the better choice calorie wise. Both are the same for protein and don’t give two hoots about carbs/fat. I love both meals but the fajitas is my fav all time meal. Hubbys leaving for the week so I’ll just have the kids to feed so 1-2 meals a night and I can probably make things we all like that’s healthy at least 2-3 nights. So I could make up the extra grime eating out. But the kids want pizza once every time he’s gone. That’s 1000 kcal 😳 and then leftovers. *sigh* this is when I wish I had a diet coach and that they’d tell me which one to eat lol. One I could give my meal plans to and they’d arrange them for me to get the best benefits. (Because we are all picky and won’t eat 90% of foods and meals listed online as healthy meals.)
