Fasting a.m. BS = 105; weight = 172.3
It is cold and rainy and my body says "eat, eat, eat," just like my cat has been saying for the last couple of months! The cat is putting on weight for winter and my body would like to do that too! So I'm trying to drink lots of hot tea to pacify it.
I finally gave in and ate a piece of toast with butter. First bread I've had in quite a while.Funny it wasn't sweets I was craving, but bread. Macros 71/13/16, but net carbs were 53.88 and cals 1928.
