Fasting a.m. BS = 109; weight =172.4. A cold morning, we need the heaters this morning. I believe we have finally left summer behind. Instead of iced mocha this morning I will have hot.Catching up on my computer work & email. Not a day to get out and walk, mostly exercising my fingers on the keyboard.
