Ahh, the scale made me smile this morning. :o) I feel like I could "rassel bears afore breakfast ",; just an odd saying we had back in college when I was practicing judo & climbing mountains. Actually my back is really sore from my last two Zumba classes; irritated a herniated lumbar disc; it will calm down. We had some substitute instructors that had some challenging, fun moves.

Time to go to conditioning class, being careful, of course.
