a frustrating day yesterday but today im ready to face a new day and a new challange of eating right and exercising....

Hang in there just remember it took us a few years to put all this extra baggage on so it will take a little longer to take off the weight because we are older and our metabolism is slower. Don't give up. When bored find something to do life is what you make it. Everybody has bad days just think how blest you are to be alive and in good health.
