There must be something wrong with the way this app calculates the RDI. It’s set to lose weight, but has my target at 2600 calories. I think eating 2600 calories a day is how I got fat in the first place. I’m just going to try to keep it close to 2000. That’s what I’ve been doing for a few days. It actually feels like I’m dieting.
