1) used to do the same at thanksgiving. Last year I started having turkey for dessert. Oddly enough when I skipped dessert and added more ‘real food’ I gained 10# in 7 months 😳 2) mini cupcake, that’s what I call portion control at its finest lol. I don’t care for cake so just avoid it 3) try Robert Irvine’s FitCrunch bars. Cinnamon twist is my fav for 16g protein and 190 calories of pure sweet heaven! Carmel flavored premier protein shakes are also awesome at 160 calories for 30g protein and prepackaged so super easy to grab, shake and go. Banana is also good. I don’t recommend the strawberry shake or the cookie dough bar(NOTHING like cookie dough lol) I’ve had the ranch quest chips. 19g protein, can’t remember calories. They were ok but super light and fluffy. I’d prefer to have a shake and a handful of ranch Doritos lol 4) ever notice how I talk too much? And take over posts 😳 sorry bout that.

I tried several protein powders. They seem to come back on me no matter what I mix them with. I discovered hemp seeds. 10 grams protein per 3 tbsp. Can sprinkle them on everything or mix with almond milk, let sit in fridge over night, eat next day. Taste like oatmeal, without all the carbs.
