Hi everyone, I’m new here and I guess I should write something about me, after all that’s what we are here for to share experience and to be support for one another.
I recently moved to America, I got married and I gain unwonted kilograms. It’s a different life stile , different culture, different language and mainly different food. Period of adjustment wasn’t good for me (talking about weight). After 3 months I decide to take my body back in control before it’s too late. I’m avoiding sweets (that’s my curse), I’m cooking my food from the scratch, I’m taking classes of hot yoga and soon I will join the gym. My main goal is to live healthy and active life like I did before. Nothing comes over night so I wish good luck to each and everyone of you and let’s do this !!!💪🏻

American foods tend to have plant fats that do go straight to body fat storage. The sweetening stimulate the appetite. Deddlee you are absolutely right.. Also we just need to be more activ that’s the key to success. In Europ you are walking a lot but here in America if you want to buy food you are going with your car, wanna have coffee with friends again car , you can’t do anything without car ..one big reason for gaining weight.
